Audit & Foundation

We begin by conducting a comprehensive UI audit of your existing digital products (web, mobile, etc.) to identify all inconsistencies and catalog all current design elements. Through workshops with your team, we define the foundational principles of the system, including design tokens, typography, color palettes, spacing, and grid systems.

Deliverable

A detailed UI Audit Report and a foundational Design Token & Style Guide (often in Figma) that serves as the system's "DNA".

Phase 02

Component Library Development

This is the core construction phase. I design and build the "building blocks" of your product, starting from the smallest "atoms" (buttons, inputs, icons) and assembling them into larger "molecules" (cards, navigation bars, modals). Each component is built for reusability, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Deliverable

A robust, component-based Figma Component Library, meticulously organized for designers to use with ease.

Phase 03

Documentation & Governance

A system is only useful if people know how to use it. I create clear, concise documentation for both designers and developers. This includes "how-to-use" guides, "do's and don'ts," accessibility notes, and code snippets (when applicable). We also establish a simple governance process for how the system will be updated.

Deliverable

A Design System Documentation Site (using tools like Zeroheight, Notion, or a custom site) that serves as the central hub for everyone in your company.

Phase 04

Handoff & Implementation Support

This is not just a handoff; it's a partnership. I work directly with your development team to ensure they understand how to translate the Figma components into their chosen code framework (like React or Vue.js). I provide hands-on support as they begin to adopt and build with the new system.
