Phase 01

Onboarding and Context Analysis

To properly analyze a tool, I must first understand its purpose, its audience, and the problems it is currently causing. In this initial phase, I gather all the necessary context through a structured interview and an analysis of the existing documentation.

Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation

This is where I apply my unique blend of skills. I analyze your report from three complementary perspectives: the technical foundation, the user experience, and the visual design, providing a holistic view of its strengths and weaknesses.

Technical and UX Analysis Report: A detailed assessment of the data model's performance, DAX code efficiency, and query bottlenecks causing slowness, combined with a user-centric evaluation of the report's usability and clarity.

Action Plan and Recommendations

The final result is not a simple list of problems, but a prioritized, actionable plan that tells you exactly what to do to improve the situation. I focus on providing clarity and a clear path forward.
